How we deliver our products

Can I select a delivery date?
Yes, with the 2-3 day delivery service you can choose the delivery date which best suits you. This can be done on the checkout page where you will find a calendar icon you can click and select a delivery date. This service is FREE of charge.
2-3 day Delivery
Delivery is available on all our products we sell online. It’s automatically added to your order on checkout. You can upgrade to our next day delivery and/or time delivery for an extra cost, please read our timed and next day delivery options below.
Next Day Delivery
Our next day delivery is available on all our products we sell online. You can have a next day delivery for an additional cost of £15. The cost is added to your order on check out. PLEASE NOTE, for next day delivery all orders must be placed before 12pm. If NEXT DAY is selected on a Friday before midday then delivery will be made on the following Monday. If ordered after midday on Friday, then the delivery will arrive on the Tuesday or your selected delivery date. We do not deliver on bank holidays or weekends.
Some of the delivery charge is included in the price. If there is a delivery surcharge to your address, it will be shown at check out. The charge is per bulk bag or pallet of small bags and is based on your postcode. We also provide alternative delivery options for some products. You will be notified at checkout where applicable.
What time will delivery be made?
Delivery will typically be made between 8:00 – 19:00. During busy periods delivery may be slightly later. As the deliveries are made via a 3rd party on an overnight courier, we can not provide specific times for delivery. Our haulage company will email you the night before with a tracking link and on the day, they will text you with an ETA (2 hour window).
What is kerbside delivery?
Our orders will arrive on a pallet and be delivered to the nearest flat, hard and accessible location to your property. This is known as a ‘kerbside delivery’.
Please note that this is at the driver’s discretion. Whilst every effort will be made to bring the pallet as close as possible to your property, in some cases there may be obstructions such as steps, gravel paths, uneven driveways or slopes and the pallet may need to be left some distance from your property.
The delivery driver is not insured to enter your property or garden. Please ensure that you have someone available to help you wheel barrow or carry your product into your garden.
If delivery cannot be made due to a reason you failed to make us aware of, the full cost of distribution will be charged to you.
