You can select your preferred delivery date on the checkout page of our website. By clicking the calender icon this will give you a range of dates to select. If NEXT DAY is selected on a Friday before midday then delivery will be made on the following Monday. If ordered after midday on Friday, then the delivery will arrive on the Tuesday or your selected delivery date.

The minimum order is x1 bulk bag or 25 x small bags (25L or 50L).

Yes, all prices at check out include delivery and VAT. Delivery is free to most postcodes but there may be an additional delivery cost for some postcodes.
Yes, we do a next day delivery if items are ordered before 12pm and this has been selected and paid for on the shopping cart page. Next Day delivery is not avaiable for Green Roof Substrates and Raised Bed Kits as these are made to order products.
We are able to deliver on a Saturday but this will incur charges. Please contact us for these costs. We cannot deliver on Sundays or Bank Holidays.
No. Our drivers are only able to deliver to kerbside or driveway if easily accessible. As a minimum the delivery vehicle will have a tail-lift offload.
You will be contacted to re-arrange delivery but this will incur a re-delivery charge payable at the time of arrangement. No deliveries can be made without a signature of acceptance being obtained.
Yes. There must be good access for our vehicles to make the delivery otherwise your delivery may not be made. Should a delivery not be made due to access problems then a re-delivery charge for a smaller vehicle will be made or the order may be cancelled. If an order has to be cancelled a refund will be made except for transportation costs. PLEASE SEE OUR DELIVERY VIDEO.
Yes. The return email confirming your order is your receipt.
If there is a problem with your order upon delivery we must be notified within 24 hours of receipt so any issues can be rectified.
