Q. I missed my delivery, what happens next?
Q. Access to our address is poor, is this a problem?
A. Yes. There must be good access for our vehicles to make the delivery otherwise your delivery may not be made. Should a delivery not be made due to access problems then a re-delivery charge for a smaller vehicle will be made or the order may be cancelled. If an order has to be cancelled a refund will be made except for transportation costs. PLEASE SEE OUR DELIVERY VIDEO.
Q. Will I receive a receipt for my order?
A. Yes. The return email confirming your order is your receipt.
Q. My order is incorrect or there are items missing/damaged, what do I do?
A. If there is a problem with your order upon delivery we must be notified within 24 hours of receipt so any issues can be rectified.
