Q. Can I collect from your depot?
A. Yes, please contact us below for prices.
Q. What is the minimum order?
A. There is a minimum order of 10 x 25kg or 40L bags or 1 x bulk bag. Should you require more product than our system is set up for please contact us for a price.
Q. I want loose tipped materials, is this possible?
A. Yes, this is possible but as most customers require bagged materials we have not listed prices. Please contact us for a price.
Q. Does the price quoted include delivery and VAT?
A. Yes, all our prices are delivered prices and include VAT. There are no hidden extras (based on standard deliveries).
Q. When will I receive my delivery?
A. We aim to deliver orders the following day, (Monday to Friday) if ordered by a certain time and the material is in stock. If we are not able to achieve this then you will be notified of your delivery day. Orders received on a Friday will not be delivered until the following Monday/Tuesday. All orders will require a signature on delivery.
Q. What about delivery at the weekend?
A. We are able to deliver on a Saturday but this will incur charges. Please contact us for these costs. We cannot deliver on Sundays or Bank Holidays.
Q. Can I request a delivery time?
A. A specific time cannot be given but an A.M or P.M can be requested at an extra cost of £5.95 per consignment.
Q. Can my order be delivered to the garden area ready for me to use?
A. No. Our drivers are only able to deliver to kerbside or driveway if easily accessible. As a minimum the delivery vehicle will have a tail-lift offload.
Q. I missed my delivery, what happens next?
A. You will be contacted to re-arrange delivery but this will incur a re-delivery charge payable at the time of arrangement. No deliveries can be made without a signature of acceptance being obtained.
Q. Access to our address is poor, is this a problem?
A. Yes. There must be good access for our vehicles to make the delivery otherwise your delivery may not be made. Should a delivery not be made due to access problems then a re-delivery charge for a smaller vehicle will be made or the order may be cancelled. If an order has to be cancelled a refund will be made except for transportation costs.
Q. Will I receive a receipt for my order?
A. Yes. The return email confirming your order is your receipt.
Q. My order is incorrect or there are items missing/damaged, what do I do?
A. If there is a problem with your order upon delivery we must be notified within 24 hours of receipt so any issues can be rectified.
